Online Support 

Our online shop has a curated collection of items that are featured in our design products, photoshoots, and various products from our retail store. Despite our best efforts, our online inventory may present availability but has been sold via the brick-and-mortar location. If this occurs, customers are more than welcome to transfer the online purchase amount into a store credit, choose another product, or be placed on back order. If the item can be reordered, customers will be notified as to when a restocking date will take place and be shipped to them as soon as possible. 

Online purchases are shipped within 2 business days from order date. However if an order is placed Saturday after business hours, the item will be shipped Tuesday morning. 

Shipping & Delivery Information

Our shipping costs presented at checkout are indicated by weight of the item. Items such as art, mirrors, and larger furniture pieces that require additional packaging when shipped will incur additional charges. For more information about shipping items based on dimensions & destination please contact us for a quoted shipping cost. 

Free Shipping applies to ALL LIGHTING ITEMS unless specified. Lighting will be shipped directly to the customer from the supplier which allows secure packaging and faster lead time. Stock availability can vary however once an lighting order is placed, customers can expect an anticipated arrival window of 3 to 4.5 weeks once order is placed. If there is a particular window of delivery please contact us for more information. 

Free Shipping DOES NOT INCLUDE Vintage & Antique Lighting that is from our retail location. Due to their age, size and delicate nature these do require a shipping cost.  

HRM Delivery

Delivery within the Halifax Regional Municipality for small items is $15. For Larger items such as furniture and heavier objects we do use a third-party company therefore costs associated are dependent on quantity and labour needed. 

COVID-19  

As of December 22nd with the announcement from the province of Nova Scotia, our retail store is open to the public at a reduced capacity of 50%. Alternatively, we are available for consultations over zoom, FaceTime, & phone call in order to make you comfortable. Our staff is continuing to insure safety within our store, keeping up with cleaning and making sure our capacity aligns. 

Return Policy

Returns for refund are accepted within two business days of purchse and must be accompanied by receipt and is subject to inspection.

Items returned after two days and within seven days of purchase may be exchanged for store credit. Item(s) must be accompanied by receipt and subject to inspection. A restocking fee may be applied.

We do not accept returns on any custom orders. Final Sale. 

Yearly Warehouse items & discounted sale items are Final Sale.
